- House checks while you are away from your residence
- Visual Inspection of your home, looking for obvious issues
- Implement a home security plan (optional)

- Complete visual inspection of interior of home, walls and ceilings (scanning for pest issues and water issues)

- Check all sinks and appliances for leaks
- Run all sinks, toilets, baths and showers. Flush all toilets.

As Low as $2 dollars a day for a one year contract
A BLUELINE MEMBERSHIP:
- Up to 3 free Getaway Package per year.
- Reduced cost on all Home Monitoring Packages and labor fees.
- Home Arrival Package is included with any Home Monitoring Package.
- Gives you priority service over non-membership customers.
- It allows you the ability to choose a person you are comfortable with (IE: A Female Client will have a Female Driver/Concierge, if she wishes to have one.).
- Membership waives all mileage costs associated to our services.
RESIDENTIAL HOME SUPERVISION:
While you are away we provide three service packages to meet your needs. Remember anytime someone has access to your residence one of our FIRST RESPONDERS will be there. They will be there to protect your property and personal Identity while you are away. Giving you piece of mind that your property is safe. We also offer all of our service al-a-carte so you can customize your services. The Home Arrival Package is included free for all VIP customers.
The START UP Package
Relocating from another part of the country, just moving across the street or just changing service providers. You don’t have time to wait for your service provider to come and hook up the services you need between 8 &12 or 12&4. Let us do the waiting for you. We will help you get your services calls completed, and make sure they are done the way you want them. We can get those things done that you can’t, without taking time off work. Let us do it for you. For one low fee, we can be your intermediary, and get everything hooked up for you, done for you or scheduled for you. Reduce the stress of relocating by using our service while you go about your work day. Call us we are here to make your life easier.
The GETAWAY Package
- Up to two weeks a year.
- You customize the services you need.
- While you are away from home checks, to animal or plant care, we are there while you are away.
- No mileage charge for VIP customers.

The ARIZONA Package
- 4 month per year minimum contract
- he ARIZONA package consists of complete interior and exterior inspections of the entire property including all water & electrical systems.
- Function check vehicles, and mail pickup.
- Pool and yard service inspections.
- Home security preventive measures are implemented, we will act as an Intermediary for any services or repairs that might need to be completed while you are away.
- Weekly status reports.
** This plan can be customized to fit your needs.
The SNOWBIRD Package
- 6 month minimum contract per year
- The SNOWBIRD Package is the complete package. We give you all the coverages we offer (except pets).
- In addition, we act as your intermediary for all your services from alarm systems to home services and any repairs or projects that you should want completed while you are away.
- All minor repairs that need attention while you are gone, will be completed by our staff when possible at no additional labor cost.
- Prior to your arrival we will lightly clean your home, make up the beds, stock your refrigerator with food. VIP customers will receive the complete Home Arrival Package.
- Pick you up from the airport and bring you to a home that you can relax in right away.
** There is nothing to customize here as it gives you unlimited access to all of our services except our VIP package. Unlimited status reports to you while you are away.

WE ARE YOUR INTERMIDIARY. While you are away… WE represent YOU, when it comes to project completion or service providers for you or your home. We will never allow anyone in your home without one of us being present.
WE PAY IT FORWARD by donating 1% of our net profit each year to up to $2,500. Directly for the purchase of Protective Ballistic Vests for Law Enforcement and Medical Responders (EMTs/Paramedics). We also Donate an additional 1% up to $1,500 to local Backpack Food programs for under privileged children in our schools.
