Relocating from another part of the country, just moving across the street or just changing service providers. You don’t have time to wait for your service provider to come and hook up the services you need between 8 &12 or 12&4. Let us do the waiting for you. We will help you get your services calls completed, and make sure they are done the way you want them. We can get those things done that you can’t, without taking time off work. Let us do it for you. For one low fee, we can be your intermediary, and get everything hooked up for you, done for you or scheduled for you. The GETAWAY Package

The ARIZONA Package
- -4 month per year minimum contract
- -The ARIZONA package consists of complete interior and exterior inspections of the entire property including all water & electrical systems.
- -Function check vehicles, and mail pickup.
- -Pool and yard service inspections.
- -Home security preventive measures are implemented, we will act as an Intermediary for any services or repairs that might need to be completed while you are away.
- -Weekly status reports.
- ** This plan can be customized to fit your needs.
The SNOWBIRD Package
- -6 month minimum contract per year
- -The SNOWBIRD Package is the complete package. We give you all the coverages we offer (except pets).
- -In addition, we act as your intermediary for all your services from alarm systems to home services and any repairs or projects that you should want completed while you are away.
- -All minor repairs that need attention while you are gone, will be completed by our staff when possible at no additional labor cost.
- -Prior to your arrival we will lightly clean your home, make up the beds, stock your refrigerator with food. VIP customers will receive the complete Home Arrival Package.
- -Pick you up from the airport and bring you to a home that you can relax in right away.
- ** There is nothing to customize here as it gives you unlimited access to all of our services except our VIP package. Unlimited status reports to you while you are away.
